13. Carriage of Pregnant Women
Pregnant mother who intent to fly on Malindo Air flights are required to conform to the following requirements:
- a. Pregnancy upto 27 weeks (inclusive). Passenger is required to sign a Release & Indemnity Form to be allowed carriage.
- b. Pregnancy 28 weeks to 34 weeks (inclusive).
Passenger shall produce a doctor's certificate/letter confirming and certifying that she is fit to travel. The date the certificate/letter is issued shall not be more than seven (7) days from the scheduled flight departure date.
The Guest is required to sign a Release & Indemnity Form. - c. Pregnancy 35 weeks and above: carriage not permitted on Malindo Air
